Employment Services

Employment Services provides support and helps adults with intellectual disabilities find gainful employment that matches their skills and abilities to succeed as an employee working in the business world. To ensure a smooth transition, we provide pre-employment training to help adults with important job and workplace skills. Our job placement staff carefully evaluates both the employee and the job to ensure that each person’s abilities and skills are matched to specific employer needs. The job coaches who work with each new employee assist in supervision and provide on the job training.
